1. Purpose
This Fulfillment Policy explains how SOLUTIO LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) manages the processing, delivery, and access of all digital products sold through mysolutio.digital (the “Service”).
Our goal is to provide customers with a clear understanding of how their orders are handled, delivered, and supported, ensuring full transparency and compliance with our payment partners.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed by email immediately following successful payment authorization.
- Payment authorization is conducted securely by our third-party payment processor. Orders will only proceed once payment is confirmed.
- If payment is declined, flagged for review, or otherwise not completed, no order will be fulfilled.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including email address and billing details) are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect information may delay or prevent delivery.
3. Delivery of Digital Products
- All products offered by SOLUTIO LLC are digital in nature only. We do not ship or provide any physical goods.
- Delivery methods may include:
- Instant download link on the order confirmation page,
- Email with access instructions sent to the registered email address, or
- Access through a secure customer portal (if applicable).
- Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases due to security checks, technical issues, or system delays.
- Customers must ensure that they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device/software to access the purchased digital product.
4. Access & Customer Support
- Customers should download and save their digital products promptly after purchase.
- If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.
- In the event of access issues (e.g., broken link, corrupted file, or non-delivery), customers must notify us within 7 days of purchase.
- We will reissue access links or provide replacement files at no additional cost.
- SOLUTIO LLC is not responsible for:
- Failures caused by third-party providers (e.g., internet service outages, email delivery issues), or
- Issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
- Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- The product was not delivered due to a system error.
- The file provided was corrupted or defective and could not be replaced.
- Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- The product was successfully delivered but the customer did not download or use it,
- The product was purchased by mistake,
- The product does not meet the customer’s expectations if it functions as described,
- The customer is unable to access the product due to lack of technical knowledge, device incompatibility, or software issues outside our control.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@solutio.digital within 7 days of purchase.
- If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our part, we will reattempt delivery at no additional cost.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a valid email address and billing information at checkout.
- Ensure access to a stable internet connection and compatible device/software.
- Download and back up the purchased files promptly after receiving access.
- Keep login credentials (if applicable) secure and confidential.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Customers agree to contact SOLUTIO LLC at 📧 admin@solutio.digital prior to filing a dispute with their bank or payment provider.
- We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 10 business days.
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to our Terms and Conditions.
